Fix mappings in Beeb and Prestel modes
In Beeb mode, receiving the byte on the left prints the one
on the right:
# -> #
_ -> �
` -> �
In Prestel:
# -> �
_ -> #
` -> �
Keyboard mappings adjusted so what you press is what you see.
